NextGen eSports collectibles
Language: German
2021 (Vienna - AT)
Chancen und Herausforderungen beim Handel mit NFTs im Zusammenhang mit
eSports.
In my paper, I explored the dynamic relationship between NFTs and the
eSports scene, honing in on the NBA's ventures into this digital
realm.
While unraveling the legal aspects, I aimed to decipher the impact of
these unique digital tokens on the gaming industry. By delving into
the specifics of NBA NFTs, I sought to strike a balance, shedding
light on both the exciting possibilities and potential legal
challenges in this evolving landscape where gaming, digital
collectibles, and the law intersect.

Das asylrecht des Proxenos
Language: German
2017 (Vienna - AT)
14 Pages
An analysis of the ancient greek institution called
"proxenía" which marks the beginning of the modern
institution of the ambassador.
From its earliest form of hereditary friendship and alliance in
prehomeric greece, to its advanced stage as an official institution of
the poleis, the proxenía included an immesurable variety of different
responsibilities, authorities and forms of jurisdiction, few more
interesting and of current significance, than the right to grant
asylum.
As publications on this particular subject are more than scarse, the
primary source consists nearly exclusively of a vast number of
inscriptions from different periods and realities of the ancient greek
world.

26 Pages
A brief introduction to the ancient ladin tale of "Fanes", based on
the collection of K.F.WOLFF (Dolomitensagen), followed by a deeper
